Generally, only hotel or restaurant guests have access to a limited part of Atlantis. However, if you book a table for lunch or dinner at one of the hotel’s restaurants, you will have full access to the hotel. Not only can you enjoy a delicious meal, but you can also get up close and personal with the unique interior and breathtaking aquariums.

The hotel offers an impressive range of 23 restaurants, including Poseidon Café, Bread Street Kitchen and Bar by celebrity chef Gordon Ramsey, and Ossiano, where you can enjoy a meal while admiring the incredible aquariums of the Ambassador Lagoon. In addition, you’ll find a Starbucks, a poolside bar, the Chinese restaurant Yuan, a Japanese restaurant (Nobu), the Kaleidoscope buffet and a burger restaurant. At the Atlantis the Palm hotel, renowned English chef Gordon Ramsey has his own restaurant, Bread Street Kitchen & Bar. Here you’ll discover the very best of British gastronomy. The restaurant’s interior is inspired by the original Bread Street Kitchen in London, and features industrial and warehouse styling.
The menu features modern versions of British classics, such as fish and chips in a craft beer batter and the BSK Wagyu beef burger. For lunch or dinner, you can choose from the dishes below:

Treat your taste buds to the delicious flavors of Cantonese cuisine with a delectable three-course lunch at the Michelin-starred Hakkasan restaurant at Atlantis the Palm on Palm Jumeirah Island. Main course: rib-eye steak with sautéed black pepper (signature dish), honey-grilled Chilean sea bass, wok-fried New Zealand blue abalone with XO sauce, asparagus and lily bulb, Chinese vegetables (v), fried rice with edamame eggs.

Friday afternoon brunch at the Saffron is highly recommended. During the three-and-a-half-hour brunch, you can enjoy not only a delicious meal, but also the DJ, who will make the afternoon unforgettable with his nostalgic classics and the biggest hits of the moment.
During brunch, you can choose from over 20 live cooking stations to try out a multitude of cuisines and sample the most delicious dishes. Many dishes are inspired by Asia. In all, more than 220 different dishes are offered during brunch, so there’s something for everyone!
